INTERNET SALES RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 
Having a problem with your purchase?  Incorrect size, color or not quite what you expected? Not a problem!
 
No return authorization number is required for returns purchased via the Internet.
 
For regularly priced items, please submit your request for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of the original transaction.
 
For web closeout items, Specials, and Holiday promotions, all sales are FINAL. No exchanges or refunds on these items will be accepted.
 
We suggest that you send the item(s) using a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number and request a signature upon delivery. Please make sure that the shipping is prepaid and the package is insured for full replacement value. Please print this form to request your exchange or refund. Our return shipping address is:

REFUNDS: In order to fulfill your request of a credit card refund, we must ask that you provide us with your credit card information at the time of your return. For sales that are initiated through our website, the credit card information is released to our bank only and not to Henri Lloyd directly, therefore, we do not have your complete credit card information on file.
 
EXCHANGES: If you are returning the item(s) for exchange, please note the item(s) that you would like in return. The price difference and the new shipping charges will be applied to the credit card that is referenced on your return notice.
 

 The turnaround time for returns and exchanges is approximately 7-10 business days from the date we receive your package. All exchanges are processed to ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
